Shipping and Returns Policy

Our philosophy for both shipping and returns is based on Slow Fashion.

SHIPPING:
At Salao, we ship orders once a week; this helps us reduce shipping traffic and minimize our environmental impact. You can expect your products within 4 to 7 days.

Shipping costs are €4.95 throughout the Iberian Peninsula. For the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, please contact us directly via this link: info@salaobrand.com.

For shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula, consult the pricing table (link). The cost will depend on the package’s weight, or contact us at info@salaobrand.com.

RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with the products received, you can return them within 15 calendar days after delivery, provided they are returned in the same condition as they were received. However, always aim for a conscious return, as each return has an environmental impact.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

• Email us at info@salaobrand.com.
• Provide your order number, the product to be exchanged, and the reason for the return.
• Package the product in the same bag you received it in.
• Choose between an exchange or a refund.
• Take it to a TIPSA courier point (shipping and return costs are the responsibility of the customer).
• Send it to the address we will provide via email.
• Once we receive it, we will send you an email updating you on the exchange or refund process.
