The user or customer is the internet user who acquires this status by registering on the website, using a form to do so, and is assigned a username and password, which they are fully responsible for using and safeguarding. They are responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the provider, as will be explained in the “User Registration” section.
3) ACCEPTANCE
By accepting these Terms, the User declares:
- That they are a person with the capacity to contract according to current regulations.
- That they have read and accepted these Terms.
4) AVAILABILITY
The User will always have access to the conditions, prior to the start of the product contracting procedure, and may store and/or reproduce them on a durable medium.
5) VALIDITY OR DURATION
The validity or duration of these Terms and the specific terms of the contract will be the time they remain published on the aforementioned website and will apply from the moment the User uses the website and/or proceeds to purchase any products.
6) MODIFICATIONS
The provider reserves the right to modify these Terms unilaterally, without affecting any goods or promotions that were acquired before the modification by the User.
The User agrees to carefully read the terms each time they proceed to purchase a product, as they may have been modified since the last time the User accessed them.
7) NULLITY
If any clause in these Terms is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, and the remaining Terms will continue to apply.
8) OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This contract aims to regulate the contractual relationship of sale between the provider and the user when the user accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms outlined below.
The contractual relationship of sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a determined price publicly displayed on the website, of one or more specific products.
Each of these products may be subject to specific regulations through the particular contracting terms of each product, which will be further detailed in the warranty, returns, withdrawal section, or in the product’s technical sheet, due to the different formats in which the products are marketed, their packaging, or their inherent nature.
9) USER REGISTRATION
The User can register on the website in two ways: either from the menu by clicking the “My Account” button and then “Create Account,” or by directly accessing https://salaobrand.com/my-account/ and clicking “Create Account.” To do so, the required personal details must be entered: first name and last name, address, and email. Registering as a User will provide access to the website, product purchases, and receiving newsletters with company and product information.
The User will select a username and password, committing to use them diligently and not make them available to third parties. Additionally, the User must notify the provider if the username and password are lost, stolen, or potentially accessed by an unauthorized third party, so that the provider can proceed with immediate blocking. The User is fully responsible for the use and custody of their credentials, and for the truthfulness of the personal data provided to the provider.
The User cannot choose a username that could mislead others into identifying them as part of the provider, or use offensive, insulting, or otherwise unlawful terms.
10) GEOGRAPHICAL SCOPE
This website operates and sells only in the Iberian Peninsula. From now on, this geographical scope will be referred to as “the Territory.” Therefore, shipments and product distribution are only carried out within the Territory.
Using this website, as well as any purchases made on it, will be considered as having been carried out in Spain, and therefore subject to the applicable Spanish laws and regulations. The provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the aforementioned Territory.
For shipments to Europe and other countries, you must contact our customer service department.
11) PRODUCT INFORMATION
The provider pays great attention to the information related to the characteristics of the products through the manufacturer’s technical descriptions and photographs that illustrate the products. All of this is done within the limits of technology and respecting market standards.
This descriptive sheet will include a contact form if you wish to obtain more detailed information. Alternatively, for greater convenience, an information expansion link may be provided whenever possible.
12) TAXES, CURRENCY, AND SHIPPING COSTS
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through this website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT). The prices displayed include VAT and are expressed in Euros (€). Unless expressly stated otherwise, these prices do not include shipping costs or any additional or complementary services related to the purchased product.

The contracting procedure and pre-contractual information are available in both Spanish and English, and these will be the languages used to carry out the contracting process.
14) STEPS OF THE CONTRACTING / PURCHASE PROCESS
14.1) Registration
To begin the product contracting process on salaobrand.com, it is first necessary to register as a User by clicking the “My Account” button or “Create Account” and filling in the mandatory information requested on the page that will appear next.
After registration, the assignment of the username and access password occurs automatically according to the choices previously made by the interested party.
The registration system does not provide a user verification system during the registration process. Therefore, before activating the User in the system, a welcome message is sent to the email. Once successfully registered, the User can log in with their username and password to their profile control panel to manage all the functions that the provider has made available, such as account data, my orders, and the ability to modify personal data.
Once registered, you can proceed to purchase your product(s).
14.2) Purchase process
The purchase process is easy and straightforward:
- Once the product is added to the cart and you click to finalize, the system will display a form that must be filled with the necessary personal data to complete the purchase. Optionally, there is a box indicating if you want to create an account.
- After completing the order, an email with the order details will be sent, indicating whether an invoice is required. You can request it at ventas@salaobrand.com.
- We will proceed with the shipment once payment is confirmed. A “order on the way” email will be sent.
- Shipping method will indicate that there is a single standard shipping option in the order summary at the end of the purchase.
- Payment Information will display the different types of payment available (“card or bizum”).
- Order review and payment. You will then be redirected to a thank you or payment confirmation page. You will receive an email with the order details.
15) PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We have an information system that indicates whether the product is available.
16) TYPES OF PRODUCTS
The website offers textile products, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and caps, organized into categories for easy searching.
17) MAXIMUM ORDER AMOUNT
There is no maximum order amount.
18) HOW TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER
An order cannot be amended once it is in progress.
To cancel an order after making a purchase, it can be canceled with the right to a full refund, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The order has not left our warehouses nor is it in transit to the specified delivery address.
For orders that have already left our facilities, the shipping company will be notified, and in this case, the refund to the customer will be complete except for the shipping costs.
To request the cancellation of your order, you must send an email to ventas@salaobrand.com.
19) SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping costs will be handled by the provider’s transport company, and will follow the standard rate of €4.95 for the Iberian Peninsula, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
For shipments to Europe and abroad, the cost will be based on the price set by the shipping company. For this, please contact our customer service department in advance.
20) DELIVERY TIME
Between the order placement and the delivery by the shipping company to the indicated address, the total delivery time is the sum of the following two factors:
- The preparation time (24 to 48 hours): validation and verification of your data and payment, preparation of your order, and pickup by the shipping company.
- The shipping and delivery time, indicated in business days, which ranges from 2 to 3 days, depending on the destination.
- The total delivery time ranges from 4 to 7 business days. We only make shipments on Mondays.
If you do not receive a package within the indicated time, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier, which may take several days (the approximate period is fourteen (14) business days). During this period, no reshipment or refund will be processed.
We recommend that you verify the contents and the condition of the package upon receipt. If you notice any issues, sign with reservations and indicate on the delivery note any discrepancies. If you find that the items delivered do not match your order or are damaged, please contact our Customer Service.
21) INVOICE
Where can I consult my invoice? The invoice must be requested by email at ventas@salaobrand.com.
22) VALUE ADDED TAX (VAT)
In accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).
23) PAYMENT METHODS OR MODALITIES
In general, the User can choose the payment method:
a) By credit/debit card:
- Full name;
- Card number;
- CVV/CVC;
- Card expiration date.
Once all the information regarding the purchase (items, shipping methods, delivery and billing address) is validated, an option will appear to choose the desired payment method and enter the details.
If the payment platform informs of a card denial, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be informed online and immediately about the cancellation.
Payments cannot be made with cards issued outside of Spain.
b) By Bizum:
Direct payment via the Bizum application.
c) Iupay:
You can make the payment for your purchase through Iupay. When choosing this payment method, the billing address previously entered will be ignored, and the address registered in your Iupay account will be used for billing purposes.
NO COD (CASH ON DELIVERY) IS ALLOWED
Your card details will not be stored in our database, as they will be filled in securely on the chosen bank’s website.
24) GENERAL PROVISIONS ON THE PAYMENT PROCESS
- The payment order placed by the User necessarily implies adherence to these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the specific conditions of the order.
- For any payment method chosen by the User, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the intervening financial entities or payment platforms in a secure manner (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Iupay).
- Once the payment is successfully made, the User will receive an informative and confirmation email that accredits the essential conditions of the transaction:
- Products shipped to the address indicated by the User.
The confirmation email will contain the product invoice, which the User can use to request the warranty from the corresponding merchant upon receipt of the order.
In any case, the User will always have access to the information of their orders and corresponding invoices for the purchases made through the website.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in case of suspected fraudulent operations, reporting any such behavior to the relevant authorities for investigation to prevent fraud.
25) RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS OR EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Once you have received your order, you can withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product has not been used, retains its original packaging or packaging that ensures the product will not suffer damage, within 15 calendar days after receipt of your order.
We remind you that when exercising your right of withdrawal, a refund of the money paid for the product(s) purchased will be made, including the purchase amount and, if applicable, the delivery costs for the least expensive ordinary delivery method. Additionally, if you choose the option to pick up the product at your home, the pickup costs will be borne by the customer.
The Provider will require the product to be returned in perfect condition, along with all its elements, packaging, and wrappings. Additionally, the product must meet the following conditions:
- It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, nor manipulated inappropriately or recklessly, and has not been subjected to abnormal or damaging conditions.
- It has not been involved in any accident or damaged while attempting to repair or modify it.
- It has not been used in a manner contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- It has not suffered deterioration due to normal wear after receipt.
If the product does not meet any of the above conditions, we may decide, at our discretion, not to repair or replace the product or refund the amount paid and/or request that you reimburse the full transportation and inspection costs, according to the current standard rates. To carry out this reimbursement, we may charge the mentioned costs to your credit or debit card or use the payment details provided during the order.
In case of a defective product, the Provider will proceed, as appropriate, with repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract resolution, all at no cost to the consumer and user.
If the product or its packaging has suffered any damage or is not in its original shipping condition, the item’s value will suffer depreciation.
This provision does not affect the rights granted to the consumer by current legislation.

26) EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:
- Products that can be altered by their nature.

This warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, or incorrect use.
To make the warranty effective, contact Customer Service by phone or email, where you will be informed about the process to follow.
29) PROVIDER RIGHTS
- Maintain, modify, or suspend their website without prior notice.
- Modify the price of the products.
- Reject orders due to lack of stock or non-payment by the customer.
- Reject access to the computer tools for customers in case of non-compliance with these terms.
- Receive the payment for the customer’s purchases once the transaction is accepted.
- Reserve ownership of the item until the full payment is made by the customer.
- Not reproduce, sell, or dispose of the information published by the Provider in all its content without express permission from the company itself.
- Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.
30) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All information provided by the User to the Provider and through the corresponding forms must be truthful. It is the responsibility of the User to keep the provided data updated. In any case, the Provider disclaims any responsibility for damages or losses resulting from providing false, insufficient, inaccurate, or incorrect information.
Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Provider to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy, and update of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.
The Provider will not be responsible in cases where it is the responsibility of the parents, guardians, or legal representatives of minor or incapacitated Users to authorize access, provide personal information, or use the website or contract any products or services provided through the applications or web platform. It will be the responsibility of these parents, guardians, or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of the minor or incapacitated person to contract the products and services provided through SALAOBRAND.COM.
31) APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These terms will be governed or interpreted according to Spanish law in matters not expressly established. The provider and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these terms to the courts of the User’s domicile.
If the User resides outside Spain, the Provider and the User expressly waive any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the WEBSITE OWNER’S domicile.
